CHOCOLATE CHIP FRAPPE

Ingredients
  

  • 150ml of Professional soy beverage (or Oat)
  • 24ml of Vincenzi chocolate chip syrup
  • 1 double espresso
  • 1 chocolate chip cookie
  • Whipped cream
  • Ice (4-5 cubes)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare an espresso
  • Place all soy beverage, chocolate chip syrup, chocolate chip cookie and the espresso in a blender.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Decorate with crushed chocolate chip cookies

Notes

*Pro Tip. Cold foam the almond beverage using a French press. Simply plunge multiple times
